Museum Monday: Back to Old School

Museum Monday: Back to Old School will take students way back to school to the times of the one-room schoolhouse days! We’ll explore how teachers taught, talk about what students learned, and even enjoy some recess games from the past!
Each Monday through August 19 will feature special programming at 10:30am at the Pennyroyal Area Museum, too. Each Museum Monday program will allow student visitors to learn about the purpose of museums while discovering new and exciting details about our community through special presentations and activities like creating their own museum exhibits, studying artifacts, investigating historical events, and more!
No need to register for this FREE program! Big thanks to Mayor J.R. Knight and the City of Hopkinsville for providing for FREE admission to all students this summer.
This and all Museum Monday programs are suitable for students ages 5-12.
