TUESDAY, APRIL 2
Spring Break: Travel the Trail
Pack a wagon with us and learn what it was like for the early pioneers who came to this area! People have lived in the Pennyroyal Region for thousands and thousands of years, but what was it like to move here from the east coast right after the American Revolution? Kids will use their reasoning skills to determine what kinds of things they can pack in a covered wagon to travel the trail west to Kentucky – and they will get to see real artifacts from the time period from our Pioneers and Settlers exhibit.
No registration is necessary. We will be charging a special student Spring Break admission rate of $2—and accompanying adults are FREE!
